I came to nutrition and fitness through my own experience — when I realized that no diet works long-term if it doesn't account for your real life. Over 5 years of practice, I've helped more than 360 clients build a system that works specifically for them.
My approach is integrative. This means I don't work with nutrition or training separately. I build a program around your entire life: sleep, stress, schedule, habits. That's exactly why my clients' results are sustainable.

Fully online, via Telegram. Consultations are conducted as video calls. I work with clients from Russia, Europe, Israel, and other countries. All you need is a smartphone and the desire to change.
The minimum duration is 1 month. Most clients work with me for 3–6 months for sustainable results. First changes in how you feel — within 2–3 weeks. Visible physical changes — within 4–8 weeks. Results are individual.
I work with adults without acute medical conditions. For chronic conditions, we'll discuss everything during the assessment. My consultations are coaching and educational support, not medical treatment. For serious conditions, I work alongside your doctor, not instead of them.
